B#2 ends 2-week slide with series win

Guests rally for 3 with in 9th with 2 outs to earn victory;

Lori Dewyre & Fred Swihart both have RBI triples

for SR with Swihart's 3-bagger proving to be deciding hit;

Mike O'Brien has 4 hits (RBI) for B#2

Ken Gerwin knocks in 7 of team's 8 runs on a pair

of 3-run HRs in 3rd & 5th innings

& a RBI double in 2nd frame;

Gerwin finishes with 5 hits, including 2 other deuces;

Rick Cajka adds 4 hits for B#2, while

Jigs Sandwisch goes 5-for-5 for SR

Cajka & O'Brien pace B#2's offense with 4 hits apiece;

O'Brien strokes a pair of RBI triples & Cajka knocks in 1;

Gerwin hits his 3rd HR of night & finishes series with 9 RBI;

Larry Michel produces 4 hits (RBI) for SR

PM wins 3rd straight series to remain game out of 2nd

A Seth Peters walk-off bomb wins it for hosts in extras after

B#1 fashions a 6-run rally in 9th to tie game;

Peters leads BGC with 3 hits;

Dean Schuerman sparks B#1 comeback in 9th with a

1-out grand slam;

Vic Schuerman knots game at 8-8 with a 2-out single;

Rick Traver knocks in 3 for BGC with a RBI single & 2-run HR,

while teammate Craig Kleine belts a pair of solo center strikes;

Mel Karns adds 3 RBI for B#1 on a 2-run triple &

Ron Merritt hits a 2-run HR for BGC & Ben Peters

contributes 3 safeties
